My stay at the Scandic Joensuu was quite enjoyable. The hotel's central location is very close to train station and the University. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. While the room size was a bit on the smaller side, it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. Overall, I would recommend the Scandic Joensuu for a pleasant stay in Joensuu

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their attentive attitude to the organization of the trip, as well as to the child during their stay at the hotel. I can only give excellent characteristics to all the components of life in a hotel: a great room, a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. Everything was within walking distance. - The staff were nice and helpful - They located the room in a quiet area (far from street noises) and gave extra pillows as I asked earlier. - The breakfast buffet was also great, varied choices to make. - The hotel offered bicycles for free to explore the city.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was within a 15 minute’s walk from the station. The staff we dealt with were very polite and professional and helpful. The hotel is located on one of the main streets and the walk down to the Marina is very easy, down the main street, to a park and turn right.
