My 16-year-old son stayed at this hotel in August. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their attentive attitude to the organization of the trip, as well as to the child during their stay at the hotel. I can only give excellent characteristics to all the components of life in a hotel: a great room, a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. Rooms are nice, Clean and with good space, The breakfast it's very diverse and offer variety , the amenities are on point. the establishment is clean in general, and the sauna it's quite impressive

Located in the centre of Joensuu with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel features a really nice sauna which is free for guests to use in the evening. Breakfast was good with lots of selection including vegan / gluten intolerant options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was within a 15 minute’s walk from the station. The staff we dealt with were very polite and professional and helpful. The hotel is located on one of the main streets and the walk down to the Marina is very easy, down the main street, to a park and turn right.

Very good breakfast and very good personnel. Good service. Hotel itself was a bit worn from general areas but room itself was tidy and good.

A very good hotel. The staff were very helpful with storing my bicycle. The hotel is well situated in the centre of the town and has everything you need nearby.
