My stay at the Scandic Joensuu was quite enjoyable. The hotel's central location is very close to train station and the University. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. While the room size was a bit on the smaller side, it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. Overall, I would recommend the Scandic Joensuu for a pleasant stay in Joensuu

- The location was great and very close to shops and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance. - The staff were nice and helpful - They located the room in a quiet area (far from street noises) and gave extra pillows as I asked earlier. - The breakfast buffet was also great, varied choices to make. - The hotel offered bicycles for free to explore the city.

A great location, everything was easy and the staff very accommodating with our request to extend the stay by one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Rooms are nice, Clean and with good space, The breakfast it's very diverse and offer variety , the amenities are on point. the establishment is clean in general, and the sauna it's quite impressive

My 16-year-old son stayed at this hotel in August. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their attentive attitude to the organization of the trip, as well as to the child during their stay at the hotel. I can only give excellent characteristics to all the components of life in a hotel: a great room, a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. Located in the centre of Joensuu with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel features a really nice sauna which is free for guests to use in the evening. Breakfast was good with lots of selection including vegan / gluten intolerant options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was within a 15 minute’s walk from the station. The staff we dealt with were very polite and professional and helpful. The hotel is located on one of the main streets and the walk down to the Marina is very easy, down the main street, to a park and turn right.
